Bio

Hayden Carpenter is an independent singer songwriter from New South Wales, Australia, carving out his own space in the dark Americana and outlaw country scene. Driven by raw acoustic guitar and gritty vocals, his music explores the darker edges of storytelling, drawing heavy inspiration from classic Western narratives, personal experiences, and the unapologetic sound of vintage country. His latest single, "13 Years," is a stripped down, haunting acoustic track that has been drawing immediate comparisons to the classic, unpolished sound of Johnny Cash. Rejecting modern, over produced pop country, Hayden focuses on authentic emotion and analog grit. He is currently writing and recording his debut original EP.
